1. How long are shipping times?

All jewelry is hand made and production times vary. We will make every effort to make and ship out orders as soon as possible and will inform you when the order has shipped. However, shipping times will also be affected by the shipping company.

2. What's your return policy?

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not in love with your purchase when you receive it you have 30 days to return it. You will be responsible for shipping costs.

If item is being returned due to damage, we will not be responsible for any damage not due to a defect in the manufacture of your item, i.e neglect, abuse, abnormal wear and tear or rough handling of your item. You will be responsible for shipping costs. We will refund your cost minus any repair, if needed, when item is received and repaired.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Please make sure that you are in love with everything in your cart before completing your purchase.  If you need to cancel your order please email us with your order number at FluidJewelry@gmail.com. If the order has not shipped we are happy to cancel your order. 

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there's an issue with your order--it's the wrong size, the wrong color, defective or otherwise not exactly what you wanted-contact us within the 30 day return policy.  We will pay for shipping charges and ship out your item. 

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges.
